Dear Blog-readers,
I am currently bored out of my mind. It is ten past eleven at night and I have no idea what I am doing. The past few weeks since my last blog have mainly consisted of studying, unhealthy foods and running from Confusion to Helplessness. I feel like I can't do this anymore; Half Yearlies are on in five weeks, English is on in less than two weeks, and I feel like I am not prepared for anything. The fact that everything from Year Eleven for Mathematics is being tested is messing with my mind. Further, I have no idea what is going on in the fourth unit of that subject, Blade Runner is the worst film I have ever seen, I know nothing about the Production of Materials, Space has eluded the space in my own mind and Mycenaean Society is just about the worst topic you could ever do when studying Ancient Societies.
On the plus side, I am glad that I have written all my notes for Section Two of both Chemistry and Physics in the holidays, leaving me more time now to understand things and do questions. I think I am more set in concentrating and keeping the Second Extension of Mathematics. The First Draft of my Module A Essay is completed and now I can continue editing it to perfection. I have started my research for the essay on Augustan Reforms for the Half Yearlies.
Outside of the world of academics, I have raised (on paper) $2462.65 for the Leukemia Foundation, of which $1586 has been banked or sent directly to them. And yes, no matter how many times someone is kind enough to add in a few extra cents to round up my figure, more retards flock to me donating random 5 cents.
To prepare for The Shave, my mum has bought me a beret (of which I mentioned previously) and today we bought a fancy cap and a wolf beanie-like headpiece. It is also decided that my mother, my brother and possibly my cousin will be viewing this life-changing event.
Ah yes, also my cousin has come over from Malaysia to stay with us for the next six years or so because he is doing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney, in the hopes that he will make it to the Psychology degree. Another cousin will also be staying with us because his father, my uncle, will be going back to Malaysia.
So that is all I can think of that has been happening in my life.
It is now twenty-five past eleven at night and I wish to fall asleep in this instant.

i fixed my camera!
i fixed my camera! so here is the last lot of my drawings:
Day 24: A Couple
What better couple than Mickey and Minnie Mouse?
Day 25: Scenery
Am I a nerd if i drew this picture so it can be analysed?
Day 26: Something You Don't Like, Day 27: Someone You Love and Day 28: Anything You'd Like
I don't like holes. namely lotus seed pods. but i'm not going to draw lotus seed pods. they creep me out.
so instead i wrote all the things that have weird holes that make me feel disgusting. is it ironic that the word itself looks like it has several holes because of the way i drew the letters?
someone I love is Jesus. i love him with all my heart and soul.
anything i'd like... i think the person who wrote this challenge ran out of ideas but i loved to draw that awesome smiley face
Day 29: A Place You Want To Go
I'd love to be at the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. that would be amazing.
Day 30: A Congrats Banner for Finishing the Challenge
if i intended to draw half a banner would that count as me finishing the drawing and finishing the challenge? seeing as it's only half the banner?
you get what i'm saying.. this last one is such a self-fulfilling prophecy because only by drawing the banner congratulating myself on finishing do i actually finish...
but anyway i finished the challenge properly (discounting those 2 or 3 times where i did the drawings past midnight but let's pretend those were on the same day), so well done chloe.
hmm.. what have i done since i last blogged..
well first week of school was alright.. my new phys teacher is the best! i finally look forward to our phys lessons.
school photos were quite annoying... spent ages but i awesomely dodged the edge of the front row in the year 12 photos (yes, BOTH OF THEM!) but alas, i had to sit on the edge in the prefects one =[
muck up haha i'm surprised how good (relatively speaking) our costumes turned out. our maccas box looked surprisingly good and although it looked like we were wearing yellow towels and egyptian headdresses we still looked quite good. better than nothing.
second week of school.. our prefect video aired! it turned out much better than i expected although it was a shame that we spent the whole staff development day learning the dances that played for like 5 seconds...oh well it was fun so thats all that matters.
i also decided that i'd be shaving my hair for the world's greatest shave to raise money for leukemia so if you haven't already, then be sure to sponsor me!
click here to look at my page.
originally my goal was $1000 but i have well surpassed it (i'm on $1694.65) so now my goal is $2000, help me reach it! =] be sure to ask your parents as well for more moneys (it's tax deductible =])
also, my mum's friend bought me this new bath gel and loufa because i have weird lumps on my arm. the loufa is SO WEIRD. it looks like this:
see how theres holes in it? (like the big obvious holes, not the small spongy holes that are everywhere) well they had like all these small round things in them and i fully had to bang them out and then my mum told me that the thing is actually like a melon? or something related to a cucumber. they have it like everywhere in malaysia. back in the old days, farmers when that melon thing would be too ripe, theyd hang it up to dry and then all the water would dry out from it, and then they get the melon and bang it on the floor, then all the fibre and stuff comes out and it looks like those images up there! so she said the round things i dug out were actually seeds!
i was showering and some that i couldn't get out fully spilled all over onto the floor and some on my legs and they looked so gross (i think its cuz of my trypophobia cuz they sorta resembled like clusters of holes even though theyre not holes)
anyway i googled it and on wiki theyre called luffa, so this is probably where we get our loufas and our sponges from. oh and my mum says her mum used to always use them as sponges for the dishes and stuff.
you learn something new every day.
