yet another.

another incident at work:

this woman (person a) orders like 3 cappuccinos, and the woman before her (person b), ordered like a cap, flat white and latte, making 3 altogether.

person a asked hers to have here and person b to take away.

so person b's drinks are ready and i call them out. and person a comes out and is like OMGSH NOOO I ASKED FOR THEM IN CUPS, NOT IN THE TAKEAWAY ONES NOOOO WHY DID YOU PUT THEM IN TAKEAWAY CUPS. HOW CAN I EVEN TELL WHICH ONE IS WHICH (even tho it was written on the cups which one was which) and im like did you order the flat white, latte and cap? and she totally ignores me even though i was pretty sure she didnt order that, and shes like OMGSH to her friends THEY PUT IT IN TAKEAWAY. I ORDERED TO HAVE HERE. then im like, im sorry do you want us to make them again? and shes like OHMYGOODNESS I DONT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH TIME UGHHHHHHH and her friends are like all stressing out.

and then person b comes up and is like oh those are mine. and then person a is like OH. SO YOU HAVENT EVEN DONE MY DRINKS YET HUH? *death glare* and im like im sorry, they'll be coming out soon. and shes like OHMYGOODNESS THEY HAVENT EVEN DONE OUR DRINKS YET, totally disregarding the fact that she fully was being rude to me, not even apologising that she was mistaken about her drinks.

then her drinks come out and she takes them and spends like AGES sitting with her friends at the table talking. so much for not having enough time yeh?

gosh, i mean i dont mind if you get aggro if i accidentally wrote takeaway instead of have here (we would still remake them for you and you wouldnt have to pay) but i didnt even get this mixed up. you automatically assumed that that was yours, you were so rude to me and totally death glared me and the lady who's order that actually was. honestly, why stress out man. chillax, take a deep breath, smile and preferablye apologise to the worker who you scared to death. everyone was happy by the end of it so why stress out? there was absolutely no gain in panicking like you did.
