holidaying like crazy

lets see... what has been happening...?

hmmm i dont know why.. it must be some marketing ploy but all these shops are like "oh sign up now and you'll get a $20 gift voucher"

it was like rebel and borders so i signed up and they sent me my rebel season pass card and i bought this awesum inflatable pool turtle thing that i only needed to pay $5 for after using the voucher.
and the turtle is like massive its awesum!

and then i went to pick up my borders thing and theyre like oh you needed to pick it up before december the 7th or sumthing to get the $20 and i went back home and checked my emails and stuff and i was like dude i signed up AFTER the 7th and there was nothing there about having some deadline so i emailed then and was like RAWR I WANT MY $20 and theyre like OKAY HERE IT IS so now i have to go aaaaaall the way back to parra one day and buy something haha

im such a cheapskate.

oh and i saw this awesum thing at borders its like a mousepad but like one of those elaborately-patterned carpet/rugs
and its sort of carpet material but relli short so its still good for your mouse and stuff

its called like mouse rug or sumthing but it costs like $35 or $45 =O
but it is indeed awesum. i never knew borders had such awesum stuff, like theyre random non-book novelty items are so cool!


oh and cuz i went lattouf as a first time customer they sent me an email and i got a $20 gift voucher from them so now i have TWO $20 gift vouchers YAYYYY

gonna get my eyebrows done before school yay


uhm lets see i havent been doing much except my birthday was on 23rd so i got my licence on friday and had my first driving lesson with my dad today

we went to the school carpark and just drove around and around and around for an hour rofl

so tedious

at first it was so daunting but then i got used to it and i still havent gone over 20km/h LOLLLLL

liek at first i thought i was going so fast and i look at the speedometer and its like barely past 0 and im like ==

but yeh... hopefully reversing will go down next lesson

so awesum, hope you guys had a lovely christmas


and now to end the lovely christmas spirit i have to work tomoro and tuesday 9-6 ==

gosh i hate public holidays.

but at least i get a pay rise

well the bottom purple bit is OPI's grape, and the colourful glitter is OPI's mad as a hatter which was part of their alice in wonderland range and seriously i love it sooooooooooo much i was going to buy it but they only have a mini bottle of it.

seriously its SO me dont you think =P


and then on monday i got my hair straightened and then free makeup at the body shop and i was like please dont cake face me i want minimal makeup on rofl

the lady (who im pretty sure was viet cuz her name was mylinh) put pink and grey eyeshadow on and then she told me it was already super light and not much and i looked in the mirror and was like o_o
then asked her to make it more natural ish so she put a little foundation over it and i was like k thats so much better.

also im pretty sure the makeup made me look super asian especially before she put on the foundation over the eyeshadow since it was like quite bright and sparkly and light so then my eyes just looked smaller and my mum said that the makeup enhanced my single eyelidness

but anyway it turned out good in the end =]


formal was seriously so fun except the food was relli quite terrible, but the dessert i guess was quite nice.

thank goodness for my foldable flats because my feet were killing me and even now i still really need a foot massage!!

and actually a body massage too but that can be done later in life =P

foot massage right now pleaseeeeeeeeeee =]

watch that it seriously is soooooo hilariously me. and the guy is officially my hero cuz he does the awesum face.


anyway i saw valentines day and i thought it was pretty good.
like how theres like an all star cast and how they dont relli elaborate on everyone seeing as theres just toooooo many plotlines and also how everything was all intertwined. cuz im a sucker for stories that are intertwined.

but yeh it was good because it got you thinking of like how a lot of ppl are connected in all sorts of ways which brings me back to that awesum 6 degrees of separation theory (it was part of my genius list: here's the blog just scroll down a bit) where theres this theory that you can get anyone in the world and they are possibly connected to you through 6 people.

but yeh the other thing i said was that they didnt elaborate on each plotline. everything was like so concise yet still informative i think it was quite good =]


also we had our surf school thingo on today and we did bodyboarding and surfing
dude body boarding is seriously the best cuz you dont need that much balance skills and the waves take you sooooooo far it was awesum.

surfing however was a pain in the butt cuz the boards were soooo heavy and weak little me couldnt battle the humungous waves with them, i kept having the surfboard run away from me and once i even got hit by phammies surfboard because there was a massive wave and now you can see a little scab/bruise on my face but it doenst hurt that much so its all good.

anyway after lunch i started getting stomach pains that were like stingy i have a feeling it was gastric and then this massive headache that just lasted for so long (i still have it but its not that bad) but yeh that made the whole thing just stupid. but still. body boarding was the bomb =D
