recently i joined this thing called adf.ly (<-click!) and its like this way of making money by getting people to click on your links. they shove an ad and you have to wait five seconds then press the skip button to get to the website. i'm just trying it out for the moment, im not sure how much they pay you but i figured, i put tons of links on my blog anyway so yeh.
you will be seeing many adf.ly links from now on.
if you want, try it out cuz i get money for referrals.
and keep clicking so i earn more monies XD

so i couldnt watch hercules, cuz that was in spanish too ==
instead i saw fantastic mr fox, which just like blew my mind cuz the entire thing is stop-motion (it mightve been claymation im not sure) but yeh amazing.
i always loved fantastic mr fox and roald dahl, especially the ending of the book. for those who haven't read it i won't say anything but the film directors didnt like the book ending so they extended it and i was just like man, when is this gonna finish.
but i loved george clooney in this. his voice is just, i dunno its funny how they make all the wild animals so civilised. all the animals are wearing clothes and do everything so civilised but when it comes to eating theyre like savages its hilarious.
and their random bits of humour, like when theyre "glowing" or they have the swirly eyes and seem dazed out. yeh it's pretty randomly funny, and i loved the cast of it! there was like meryl streep, owen wilson, bill murray, the guy that plays dumbledore, i was like WOW DUMBLEDORES IN IT!

i also saw salt because my mum bought the dvd some time ago and i never got around to watching it. man, i love these sort of films: fast-paced, keeps you thinking and wonderfully action packed.
i first saw the extended cut version, which has quite a big difference to the theatrical version in terms of the ending. there's also a director's cut but i didnt watch that, i just read wat was different about it on wiki. lolll
i really liked the extended ending. i can't really say much if you havent watched it, but i highly recommend watching the extended version before watching the theatrical one.

yet another movie i saw was the soloist. based on the true story of steve lopez, a journalist who is in need of a story and bumps into a homeless man who plays the violin really well even though he only has 2 strings on it.
it turns out that this guy went to julliard, so steve finally gets his story about a man who went to julliard and ended up homeless. obviously along the way he helps him out a bit more and tries to help out all the other homeless people in that area.
i fall in love with true stories so i really liked this. it's sad how sometimes people's talents just go to waste because of their childhood. you think they are perfectly normal but then something in them makes them snap and their life changes forever.
i must say it was really hard to hear wat the both of them were saying, but jamie foxx is such a good actor! my gosh i was like WOW haha.
bottom line is: it's a great movie, watch it =P (maybe with subtitles on)

monday, little fockers was watched. it was quite hilarious, but jessica alba seemed too enthusiastic for my liking. i dont think it was HER, just her character, but i was really put off by it.
but yeh the movie had several funny highlights and i can't say much else about it, but yeh pretty good.
---
today i saw julie and julia. once again, based on the true story of a woman, julie powell, who blogs about how she cooks her way through renowned home cook julia child.
i found this movie quite funny, the way the both of them just talk non stop about food, especiall meryl streep; such a good actor! her voice is like hilariously annoying yet so loveable.
it's just amazing how this shows two different stories of how two women took hold of an opportunity and it turned into something magical and completely transformed their lives.
such an awesum movie =]
